I am very pleased with the quality of service and product I received. Superb service!

I placed an order a few months ago as a going away gift for my co-workers.
Forever Fleurs had sent it in time, but the Post Office made a mistake with the delivery which caused extreme delay.

I decided not to contact Forever Fleurs because they had done their part correctly, so instead I seeked assistance from the Post instead.
I understood that due to the pandemic they were busy, but sadly it was difficult to get a hold of anyone and it took them a long time to respond.

I eventually reached out to Forever Fleurs and spoke to Christine. She instantly contacted me and did everything she could to help me out by contacting the Post Office herself.

The Post required me to send another request to redirect the package, which I did, but when they responded to me I was told they had already organised to return my order back to Forever Fleurs.

As soon as it arrived back to them, Christine contacted me to confirm delivery details as well as to keep me updated. Once it was sent off, I received it in less than a week.

I finally recieved my items just in time for christmas. The packaging is elegant and the flowers are beautiful.

I am not here to put down the Post in any way, as I understand their circumstances.
But I feel it neccessary to share my story because despite the dillemmas I faced (through no fault of Forever Fleurs) I felt valued as a customer.
I want to thank you so much Forever Fleurs, not only for creating such beautiful gift options, but for taking care of your customers all throughout.
