I ordered the item last Thursday and I needed the item delivered by this Thursday. I was worried that it would not arrive on time as I also had a custom message placed on the lid. I paid express shipping and emailed customer service about the urgency. I was very impressed when the director Christine responded to me almost immediately despite it being 4pm. She was very kind and shipped the item immediately the next day. It arrived on Monday which was far quicker than anticipated. The packaging and the flowers looked beautiful. The description online says the custom message will be inside the lid but it was actually on the outer lip which I prefer. The message is beautifully on display when I tuck the lid under the bouquet box. The only reason I might prefer the inscription being on the inside is because the message will be upside down if I ever use use the lid functionally after the flowers wilt.
