At ForeverFleurs, each arrangement is carefully handcrafted to order with great care and attention to detail. Due to the bespoke and delicate nature of our products, we kindly ask customers to review our refund and return policy below before purchasing.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or failure to read product descriptions, dimensions, or delivery information prior to purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping box so we can assess the issue.
Where a product is deemed faulty or significantly not as described, we will offer, at our discretion:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- Refund
Return Requirements
Where a return /refund is approved:
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Refunds will not be processed until the item has been returned and inspected.
Personalised / Custom Orders
Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our products, personalised/custom items are strictly non-refundable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Shipping Delays / Carrier Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
Refused Deliveries / Unclaimed Parcels
Orders returned to sender due to refusal, non-collection, or incorrect address may incur re-shipping fees. Refunds will not be issued for refused deliveries unless otherwise required by law.
Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, or future service where we reasonably believe our policies are being misused or abused.
