Are your roses real?

Absolutely! We have carefully selected the most stunning roses from the best rose farms around the world. All of our roses have been carefully preserved with our in house technique that helps to maintain their beauty and freshness while extending their lives to last more than a year when following our minimal care instructions without the need to water or any sunlight.

How do I care for my Forever Fleur roses?

There is very minimal maintenance required. Simply follow these instructions to keep your roses looking good and lasting longer.

  1. Do not remove your roses from their Forever Fleurs box. Each arrangement has been carefully constructed.
  2. Do not water the roses.
  3. Keep your roses away from direct sunlight, excessive temperatures, humidity and strong air conditioning vents or fans.
  4. From time to time, dust may form, gently remove any dust by lighting blowing on them or use a soft brush (such as a makeup brush). Do not clean with a cloth.
  5. Do not place in direct contact with fabrics or wallpaper as certain colours may transfer.
  6. Roses in our Acrylic boxes do not need dusting as they have been kept inside the enclosed box.
  7. For our Forever Rose dome you may occasionally want to gently and carefully wipe down the glass dome with a microfibre cloth or glass cleaner to remove any fogginess.

Your roses are real, and delicate, and if taken care of in this way they will stay as beautiful as the day you received them.

Where do you ship?

Forever Fleurs currently offers shipping Australia wide for all of our products.

We ensure every order is carefully prepared and packaged well to ensure they arrive safely to your destination. All orders are shipped from our studio in Sydney with FULL insurance for added peace of mind.

Typically orders are dispatched within 2 business days. You will receive an email to notify you your order has been shipped with the tracking number and will require signature.

Orders can be placed in advance. Please select your future required delivery date at checkout. If no delivery date is filled in at checkout, your order will be dispatched 2 business days after your order has been placed.

International Delivery

We currently offer express international shipping to selected countries listed below with tracking information provided by our carriers. Shipping times is generally 4-15 business days and may vary depending on your location.

Please allow additional days for customs clearance. Additional relevant duties and taxes may apply, please check relevant department in your country as we will not be held responsible for any additional delays or payments due.

International shipments may be delayed during these uncertain times due to restricted flights and increased parcel volumes. Unfortunately, delay are outside of our control. 

Please note no refunds will be given for delays out of our control or for failure to observe shipping information provided.

What is your refund / returns policy?

Please choose your order carefully as we do not provide refunds or returns for any Forever Fleurs arrangements. Please be mindful that each rose bud and stem may vary slightly in size, shape and appearance. Rose colours may also appear different due to lighting.

However, if for any reason your order is damaged during transportation, contact us at with pictures within 24 hours of receiving your order and our team will assist you. 

What if my order is damaged?

We are sorry to hear your order has arrived damaged. We take extreme care and caution when packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. 

If in the event they do happen to arrive damaged due to transportation, please contact email us at with photos within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will endeavor to resolve the issue.
